How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

Your data will be handled confidentially and encrypted with SSL (Secure-Socket-Layer) secure server software. The encrypted information of your order, your name, address, credit card or bank details cannot be read by any third party. Credit card payments will also be verified through the 3D secure procedure.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We accept payment by credit card (VISA / MasterCard / AMERICAN EXPRESS / JCB / Diner’s Club International), by debit card (VISA, Carte Bleue, Carte Bancaire), by direct bank transfer services (SOFORT Banking, iDEAL) and by PayPal.

What size should I order?

Our clothes are cut for a fashionable shape. Most of our garments fit a little snug to flatter almost any body type. If you are unsure about the appropriate size, please take a look at our sizing charts.

I live outside the US or the EU. Can I still order from Shirtbooth?

Yes, you can! However, orders outside the US and the EU may incur customs fees. For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size. We do not take responsibility for customs fees.

How long will delivery take?

The following list serves as a rough guide, more exact shipping times for your country are given during check-out:
US: 3-5 business days
EU: 3-8 business days
Canada: 5-10 business days

Please note that there may be delays on rare occasions or in remote areas.

What exactly happens after ordering?

After ordering you will promptly receive an order confirmation via e-mail. In the meantime we will start printing your product. Your order will be sent out on average within 1 – 4 business days of ordering.

What is your return policy?

Return any unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise by mail within 30 days of the order shipment date. Returns will be refunded to the original form of payment.
Damaged items
The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If it arrives to you damaged, then please get in touch with us within a week’s time!

Wrong size
If you’re unhappy with the size you’ve received, first check that the size stated on the garment matches the size stated on the sizing chart. Though rare, it’s possible that the garment was mislabelled. Let us know and we’ll get you sorted out. If you’d like a different size, get in touch with us and we’ll let you know what your next steps are.

My Order never arrived. What do I do?

If your order didn’t arrive, be sure to let us know! First, please check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, though we’d be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost. If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us at info@shirtbooth.com and we will find a solution, either we issue you a refund or we send you a replacement – free of charge.
